Bill Bulkeley, a Broker licensed in the state of Oregon, is
a veteran REALTOR® of 20 years. He and his wife Beverly
came to Douglas County in 1973 and founded the Kellogg
Springs Christian Camp which they operated for 15 years in
the Kellogg area. Bill's first wife, Beverly passed away in
2007. Bill married Millie in 2008. They live just outside of
Roseburg where Bill enjoys his workshop annoying wood and
creating artistic sawdust.
