Alexia, a Broker licensed in the state of Oregon, is a South
Carolina native who grew up in California and moved to
Southern Oregon in 2004 with her dog and two cats. Like many
other Californians, she was drawn to Southern Oregon by its
geographic beauty, clean air, super-friendly people and
slower paced way of life.
“My Transition into real estate was a perfect fit. After
years of investing in real estate on the side, it made
perfect sense to make a career out of it. Having a good
instinct for this business runs in the blood. My father is a
highly successful real estate broker and owner of his own
company. Like father, like daughter!”
Alexia joined CENTURY 21 The Neil Company Real Estate in
2007 after having worked in the real estate business in
Grants Pass and Medford for one and a half years as an
assistant to a highly successful team, and as an office
administrator. Prior to this, she worked as a veterinary
technician, receptionist and veterinary hospital manager.
Alexia is a member of the Douglas County Board of
REALTORS®, the NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF REALTORS®, the RMLS
(Multiple Listing Service), Friends of the Douglas County
Library, and the National Arbor Day Foundation.
“Buying and selling real estate is fun and rewarding, I
highly recommend it!”
