Cathy, principal broker, has been a Realtor® since 1973 and has maintained her good standing rating by the Oregon Association of Realtors. Through membership in National Association of Residential Property Managers (NARPM), Oregon Rental Housing (ORHA), Oregon Landlords Support Association (OLSA), and Manufactured Housing Communities of Oregon (MHCO), Rental Owners Association of Douglas County (ROADC), Cathy is able to stay current on any issues pertaining to the rental markets in Oregon.
