Greg Johnson

Greg started his career in real estate in 1990 with The Neil Company Real Estate. In 1998 Greg bought Georgia Stiles Realty and change the company name to G Stiles Realty. After 28 successful years, Greg has now merged G Stiles Realty with The Neil Company Real Estate. Greg has a wealth of experience and knowledge in dealing with real estate issues. 

Graduating from Oregon State with a degree in Agricultural Education in 1972, Greg was a high school Ag teacher and FFA advisor. Later, he went into the construction business with his dad, Herb Johnson. In the 1980’s Greg was the Field Representative for the Douglas County Farmer’s Coop, where he helped the local farmers and ranchers with their agricultural needs. During this time, Greg also owned/managed a tree farm west of Roseburg, adding to his knowledge of soils, wells, septic systems, crop and timber production, and more. 

In 1996 Greg earned the prestigious commercial real estate designation of CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) from the National Realtors Association, considered the “PhD” of commercial real estate.

This specialized training, combined with decades of local experience, allows him to navigate the most complex transactions including:
